What is needed for effective program?
Is A/A needed if teaming is structure of school?
How many faculty needed to help #'s down?
Does the entire school have to do A/A?
Could the support staff be involved?
Time is a factor Do teachers want to put the time into preperation "don't want to do something half-A@!$d
Can this program be done instead of study halls?
How often should groups meet?

Have all faculty and administrators be adviser
Must have plan with everybody on board
All must be a part for the integrity of the program
All four years must be involved to build a lasting relationship
Juniors and seniors need this more than any other grade
Grade coordinator must be a stipend position to prepare program
Development group should be able to come up with ideas for program
This program is geared to better results for students
In order to facilitate moving forward things need to change.... Making students responsible to learning things we want them to learn
too many options for students
A/A may lead to more stress for teacher (Not Students)
Groups should meet at least once per week.
The other days should be in school interventions
This will create lasting relationships with all students
